New Interpreter

It would still be very nice to radically change the R interpreter and merge the ideas here onto a new more flexible, extensible, modern interpreter.

This could be Julia, but with the work to reimplement much of R still remaining.

In the near future, I might create an inter-system interface between R and Julia.
